Pavilion Rentals

Pavilion reservation is available for the following parks:

The City of Boca Raton provides several parks for picnic enjoyment. While pavilions are available on a first-come, first-served basis, it is suggested reservations be made in order to secure specific dates and times. Reservations may be made 90 days prior to actual date of the reservation. All special event picnics require reservations.

  • Patrons may reserve pavilions at these sites for nominal fees. Fees are determined by residency status. Patron must present proof of residency at time of reservation. Patron must reserve and pay for pavilion in person.
  • All sales are final; pavilion fee is non-refundable
  • Alcoholic beverages are prohibited in any City of Boca Raton park.
  • Animals, pets are prohibited in any City of Boca Raton park.
  • Propane is prohibited in any City of Boca Raton park. All fires must be contained in charcoal grills. No open fires, wood fires, fireworks or sparklers are permitted within any City of Boca Raton park.
  • Several park pavilions may accommodate “Special Events” provided all City of Boca Raton permits, rules and regulations are met. Special Event information is available upon request by calling 561-393-7824

There is one large pavilion that may be reserved. It is located on the West end of the park, near the playgrounds. The pavilion is equipped with picnic tables and 2 large charcoal barbeque grills. There is also one small picnic table with no grill is currently available first come-first served.

HOURS: 8:00a.m. – Sunset, seven days a week
AVAILABILITY: Contact Ranger Headquarters 561-393-7815
PARKING: Lot has capacity to accommodate up to 74. No entrance fee
RESTROOMS: Facilities Available
RENTAL FEES:
  Weekdays Weekends & Holidays
Residents $35 $50
Non-Residents $100 $125

The park is equipped with an extensive nature boardwalk system overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. There is also a children’s playground at the south end. Gumbo Limbo Nature Center schedules guided canoe nature programs on the park’s many established canoe trails.  Call (561) 393-8110 for additional information.

There are 8 pavilions that may be reserved in this park. Each pavilion is equipped with charcoal barbeque grills and picnic tables. Pavilions #1, #2, #3 are equipped with electricity and are lighted upon request.

HOURS: 8:00am – 10:00pm Monday – Saturday • Sundays: 8:00am-Sunset

RENTAL FEES: Fees are determined by residency status: Palm Beach County residents: $35 Weekdays, $50 Weekends & Holidays, Non-Residents: $70 Weekdays, $100 Weekends & Holidays.

AVAILABILITY: Payment for pavilion use is due at the time the reservation. Reservations must be made in person at the James A. Rutherford Community Center inside Patch Reef Park. Mon-Fri: 8:00am-10:00pm • Sat: 8:00am-5pm • Sun: 10:00am-5:00pm

RESTROOMS: Available throughout the park
